Structured to cover every stage of clinical competency development, from day-one onboarding to advanced practice.
Device Onboarding
Delivered at time of installation. Covers device safety, parameter settings, contraindications, and hands-on protocol walkthrough. Mandatory for all new device placements.
Protocol Training
Deeper clinical workflow sessions for specific treatment protocols. Focuses on parameter optimization, patient selection, and outcome documentation.
Advanced Clinical Workshops
Multi-device combination protocol workshops for experienced operators. In-person or at partner training centres. Certificate of completion issued.
Team Re-training
For staff changes, protocol refreshers, or when audit or safety concerns require renewed competency verification. Quick turnaround scheduling.

Training delivered at your location on your device. Covers your specific clinical configuration and team workflow.
At DermaMed Training Centre
Hands-on workshops using demo devices. One-on-one or small group format with certified DermaMed trainers.
At Manufacturer Facilities
For certain brands, factory-level training visits are available for clinical leads or key operators requiring brand-certified status.
