Compliance & Supply
Regulatory & Logistics
Medical devices in India operate under a complex regulatory framework. We handle this on behalf of the clinics we supply — from CDSCO registration to customs clearance to last-mile delivery.
Regulatory Framework
CDSCO Compliance & Import Authorization
All products DermaMed distributes are imported and marketed in compliance with the Medical Devices Rules, 2017 as amended, and other applicable CDSCO notifications.
CDSCO Registration
Products requiring registration under the Medical Devices Rules are registered or in the process of registration prior to commercial distribution. Certificates available on request.
CE & FDA References
We verify CE or FDA clearance status for all distributed devices as part of our brand qualification process. Documentation available for clinical reference and audit purposes.
Distribution Agreements
All brands in our portfolio are covered by formal authorized distributor agreements, defining territory, product scope, and service obligations.
How We Move Products
Import & Supply Chain
Devices and consumables reach your clinic through a handled, transparent process.
Manufacturer Order
Purchase order raised with the manufacturer under the distribution agreement. Lead time communicated at time of order.
Customs Clearance
Import documentation, Bill of Entry, and CDSCO clearance handled by DermaMed. Devices are not handed to clinics with outstanding import status.
QC & Receiving Inspection
Visual and functional inspection carried out at our warehouse. Devices with shipping damage are not dispatched to clinics.
Delivery & Installation
Last-mile delivery and professional installation coordinated by our logistics and service teams, not third-party couriers for device placements.
Spare Parts & Consumables
Supply Chain Continuity
Bonded Spare Parts Stock
We maintain imported spare parts inventory for actively distributed models to reduce repair lead times.
Consumable Re-order Management
Clinics on repeat consumable supply can set up re-order schedules to avoid stock-out situations.
Warranty Parts
All warranty-covered repairs use genuine manufacturer parts. Substitute parts are never used in warranty repairs without clinic consent.
For Clinics
What This Means for You
No Grey-Market Risk
Devices you purchase from DermaMed are imported legally, registered where applicable, and covered by manufacturer warranty. Not refurbished offshore units with fake certificates.
Documentation on Request
CDSCO registration certificates, CE/FDA references, import documentation, and distribution agreements are available to clinic administrators for compliance records.
Single Point of Contact
You deal with DermaMed for everything — procurement, service, consumables, and regulatory queries. Not separate vendor relationships for each.
Regulatory or Import Query?
Our operations team can address documentation requirements, registration timelines, or import queries directly.
